Order Processing Time

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped

Pre-order items will ship 2-3 weeks after receipt. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.



Orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive. However, inclement of the weather, distance

from sender, or a variety of other unforeseen circumstances may make this time longer. Once

you have your tracking please contact ups with any issues with delivery times.


All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx and/or ups.

International shipping

International orders are sent out via ups and/or FedEx. Shipping times depend on final destination country.

We try our best to make sure duties on our products remain low- but if you are an international buyer, some duties may apply.


Out of stock items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

Delivery claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.
